Data Security Statement
At Effigentic, we recognize that data security is foundational to professional trust. As a specialized consultancy operating internationally, we protect our clients' confidential information and personal data using industry-validated, enterprise-grade technical and organizational measures (TOMs).
Our security infrastructure is designed around the principles of data minimization, restricted access, and robust endpoint defence:
1. Endpoint Protection & Physical Device Security
Full Disk Encryption (FDE): All local computing systems and hardware endpoints housing business communications utilize advanced, operating-system-level cryptographic volume encryption. In the event of physical device loss or theft, data remains entirely unreadable and secure.
Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR): Business endpoints are equipped with real-time anti-malware and behavioural threat detection mechanisms to continuously neutralize external security risks, exploits, and unauthorized scripts.
Secured Network Routing: Whenever business tasks are conducted outside private, secure networks, all traffic is immediately routed through encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnels. This mitigates risks associated with interception or eavesdropping over public Wi-Fi infrastructure.
2. Access Control & Identity Architecture
Hardware-Based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Access to core communications infrastructure and key business email accounts is strictly protected via dedicated physical cryptographic hardware tokens. Traditional password-only authentication is prohibited for critical operational systems.
Credential Monitoring & Threat Intelligence: Enterprise communication channels are connected to continuous identity monitoring platforms. These tools scan public and underlying network directories for credential leaks or identity threats to prevent credential-stuffing attacks.
3. Infrastructure & Vendor Compliance
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): We partner exclusively with cloud and SaaS service providers (including unified communications, virtual telephony, and inbound scheduling automation platforms) that maintain verified data security architectures. Every system vendor is strictly bound by formal Data Processing Agreements.
Geographic Integrity: To the highest extent possible under modern cloud deployments, core communication storage repositories are configured to favor region-compliant nodes that line up with strict international data protection laws.
